I got into design by curiosity and stayed for the craft. Over six years, I’ve worked across B2B SaaS, CRM automation, BNPL fintech, support tooling, and enterprise operations — turning messy workflows into interfaces that agents, admins, and product teams can actually trust.
Recently at LeadSquared, I’ve owned AI and support surfaces: redesigning ticket detail into one view of the customer story, designing agentic support flows that resolve routine queries, and codifying design systems into living tooling with accessibility checks and AI-assisted production handoff. Before that, I built SaaSpay’s design system from scratch, shipped dashboards and admin tools, and learned how to make product design hold up under real operational pressure.
